TLC for Kids is running a promotion wherein Tracky Dack Day registrations between a certain time frame will put the entrant into the running to win a pair of tracksuit pants signed by Bruno Mars.

1. Promoter

TLC for Kids is promoting the competition on behalf of our Tracky Dack Day campaign

2. Entrants

Entrants must be 10 years and over and living in Australia. Staff members, volunteers and associates of TLC for Kids, as well as their immediate family members, are not permitted to enter the competition.

Entry into the competition means that the entrant warrants that he or she meets the entry requirements and accepts these terms and conditions.

Entrants must:

1. Register for Tracky Dack Day between 14th March 2018 and 31st March 2018 .

2. Participate in Tracky Dack Day in August and raise at least $100 to qualify for the prize.

3. Submit their funds after participating in Tracky Dack Day

3. Time frame

The competition starts at 9:00am on Wednesday 14th March, 2018. The registration component closes at 11:59pm on Saturday March 31st, 2018. The winning entrant will be announced on Friday 14th September 2018. TLC for Kids reserves the right to extend the registration phase by a further fifteen (15) days past March 31st if less than 10 entries have been submitted.

4. Entries

Each person may only enter one (1) time, as fulfilment of the entry process is contingent on the entrant completing their Tracky Dack Day and submitting any funds raised.

5. Costs and expenses

Entrants are responsible for any and all expenses that they incur in entering the competition – for example, any expenses they may undertake in promoting their Tracky Dack Day campaign – and they will not be reimbursed regardless of whether or not they win the competition.

6. Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify any entrants or entries where we reasonably suspect any unlawful or improper conduct, such as infringing a third party’s intellectual property rights, or if there has otherwise been a breach of the competition terms and conditions.

7. Privacy

We are handling your personal information in a way that complies with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act. 

8. Notification

The winner will be notified in writing approximately on September 14th, 2018, and will be announced on the Tracky Dack Day Facebook page.

9. Delivery of Prize

TLC for Kids reserves to withhold delivery of the prize until after the entrant has participated in Tracky Dack Day 2018 and submitted their funds, totalling at least $100.
